Teknox is committed to offering quality products, aiming at the complete satisfaction of its customers. This exchange policy is in full compliance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078, of September 11, 1990), ensuring transparency and respect in consumer relations.

General conditions
1. Exchange due to Regret or Withdrawal:
The customer has the right to request the exchange of the product within 7 (seven) calendar days after delivery, in accordance with article 49 of the CDC, without the need to justify the reason for withdrawal.

2. Exchange due to Defect:
In the case of products with evident or easily identifiable defects, the customer may request the exchange within 30 days for non-durable products and 90 days for durable products, counted from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with articles 26 and 27 of the CDC.

3. Product Exchange Conditions:
For the exchange to be accepted, the product must be returned without signs of use, in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, manuals and invoice.

Exchange Procedures
1. Request:
The exchange request must be made through the customer service department (SAC), by email morganmiguel2011@gmail.com or another channel provided by the company, informing the order number, the customer's personal data and the reason for the exchange.
2. Request analysis: Teknox reserves the right to analyze the exchange request and, if the product does not meet the conditions described above, the company may refuse the exchange. 3. Logistics: After the exchange is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product, including, if applicable, coverage of shipping costs. Product exchange After receiving and verifying the returned product, Teknox will exchange it for another product of equal value, subject to availability in stock. If the product requested for exchange has a higher value, the difference will be required to be paid. Final provisions This policy is subject to change without prior notice, and it is the customer's responsibility to periodically check for any updates.
